# For heads of sales and RevOps

**What your agents have committed to, in one place, with a named owner against
every claim they are allowed to repeat.** You decide how much rope each agent
gets; the register decides what it may say is true.

The question you are being asked is not *should we use agents*. It is *what
happens when one of them promises a customer something we cannot do*, and
today nobody in the company can answer it, because the promise is in a thread
and the claim behind it is in a deck.

## The three things you get

**A register.** Every claim your company stands behind — a price, an
integration, a certification, a roadmap date — one line each, with the person
who owns it and the date they last confirmed it. **A claim with no owner is
one no agent may use**: not blocked, not an error, unavailable. That turns an
empty field from a chore into something somebody wants filled.

**A record.** Every promise made in your company's name: what was said, which
agent or person said it, which claims it relied on, and the authority it was
made under. Written once, never edited. That is the whole of its value — a
record somebody can tidy afterwards is not evidence of what was promised.

**Dials.** Eight separate settings for what an agent may commit to, from
*may it state a deadline* to *may it say our side has approved something*.
Three of them never relax, and the reasons are in </agent-promise-register.md>.
The rest open as you connect the thing each one depends on.

## What it tells you that nothing currently does

- **How many claims are overdue for a check**, and whose they are.
- **How many promises are still open** — nobody has closed them, and an open
promise does not expire, it rots.
- **How much of a person's and an account's attention has been spent**, across
every system that touches them, which is the total none of those systems can
  see on its own.

**What it will not do is tell you how a rep is performing.** The moment a
report like this becomes a stick, people stop recording reversals and the
signal disappears. It is a fact about a record, never a rollup about a person.

## What it costs

**£29 a month** for one agent on its own. **£149 per agent a month** when
agents share one register and one record. Cancel any time, and no card to
start. </pricing.md> has the detail.

**Early access**, which means a short conversation rather than a trial link —
we would rather tell you it does not fit yet than sell you a setup project.
