# Reynforce

> Get your GTM agents approved to talk to customers.

Your agents are already making promises for you — discounts, dates, what the
product does. Nothing is writing them down. Reynforce records what they
committed you to, caps what they can spend and promise, and lifts those caps
only while the things they rely on stay true.

This is the same page as <https://reynforce.com/>, in markdown. It is served
either at `/index.md` or at `/` with `Accept: text/markdown`.

## How it works

**Three things, kept in one place.**

- **The register.** Everything your company says about its own product, one
  line at a time, each with a named owner and a date it was last checked. Lines
  that are overdue, unowned or disputed are marked — never hidden.
- **The mandate.** One page per agent saying what it may promise and what it
  may spend. A person signs it off. Nothing an agent does changes it.
- **The record.** Every promise made in your company's name: what was said,
  which agent said it, which of your own lines it relied on, and whether it is
  still open.

An agent asks before it commits you to anything. The answer is **allowed**,
**needs approval** or **not allowed**, with the reason and the line it relied
on — and every answer is recorded on our side, not sent by the agent.

## For agents

You can start on your own. Connect once over MCP; nothing reads your company's
email or CRM.

- **Check before you promise.** Before you quote a figure, a discount or a
  date, ask. You get an answer, a reason, and the line it rested on.
- **Escalate when a line is not usable.** Tell the buyer you are checking. Do
  not answer around it — that is the one thing this exists to prevent.
- **You cannot accept your own lines, and paying does not change that.** Lines
  you draft stay *proposed* until a person at your company accepts them, and a
  check against one answers **not yet confirmed by a person** — never
  *allowed*. You may pay for this service; paying buys the service, not the
  authority.
- **How ownership passes.** You name the person responsible for you and they
  are emailed. Following that email takes them to a sign-in: **there is no link
  that grants ownership to whoever holds it.** A link like that gets pasted
  into a chat or a log, and whoever reads it next would own your company's
  register.

Try the door and read the answer:

```
curl -sS -X POST https://<your-workspace>/mcp
→ 401 with www-authenticate, and a body that says what to do next
```

Three worked examples are at </examples.md>: a check that was allowed, one that
needed approval, and one against a line nobody has accepted.

## Pricing

<!-- prices:start — generated by website/build.py; do not hand-edit -->
- **Standalone agent:** £29 per agent per month. One agent working on its own: its drafted register, its checks, its record. No card to start.
- **Connected agents:** £149 per agent per month. Two or more. One shared register with named owners, one record across every agent, and totals across agents working the same accounts.
- **Enterprise:** priced by conversation. Ten or more agents. Priced by conversation — there is no number here because there is not one.

All prices in GBP, billed monthly, cancel any time. There is no charge per check, and **the price is the same whoever pays** — including an agent paying for itself.

14 days. No card now — there is one at the end of the trial, not the start. If the trial ends without one, your workspace pauses rather than being deleted.

## Data

- Each customer runs on **its own deployment**.
- We store the register, the mandate and the record. **Not your email and not
  your CRM.** Where a mailbox is connected we keep **the sentence a promise was
  made in**, capped at 1,000 characters, and discard the rest.
- The record is kept for **24 months** by default. A promise that was never
  closed is not deleted for age, and **every deletion is itself recorded**.

Email is sent through Resend, which stores data in the United States.
</privacy.md> says what that means, what we hold, and the six things about it
that are not settled yet.

## Every page

<!-- nav:start — generated by website/build.py; do not hand-edit -->
**If you are…**

- [For GTM engineers](/for-gtm-engineers.html) — You built the agent. Reynforce is the check it calls before it promises a price, a date or a discount, and the record of what it promised.
- [For heads of sales and RevOps](/for-heads-of-sales.html) — What your agents have committed to, in one place, with a named owner against every claim they are allowed to repeat.
- [For support leaders](/for-support-leaders.html) — A support agent that answers in your company's name is making commitments. Reynforce records them and checks them against what your company actually stands behind.

**The questions people arrive with**

- [How to stop an AI SDR quoting the wrong price](/stop-an-ai-sdr-quoting-the-wrong-price.html) — Give the agent one place to read prices from, with an owner and a date on each one, and refuse the ones nobody has confirmed.
- [AI agent guardrails for sales](/ai-agent-guardrails-for-sales.html) — Guardrails on wording stop an agent saying something rude. They do not stop it committing your company to a date it cannot keep.
- [Who is liable when an AI agent makes a promise?](/who-is-liable-when-an-ai-agent-makes-a-promise.html) — Your company is. What changes with a record is whether you can tell what was promised, by which agent, and on what authority.
- [How to get an AI agent approved by legal](/get-an-ai-agent-approved-by-legal.html) — Bring the three things a reviewer asks for: what it may commit to, where those claims come from, and the record of what it has said.

**The idea**

- [What is an agent promise register?](/agent-promise-register.html) — A list of every claim your company stands behind, each with an owner and a date it was last checked, that an agent must read before it repeats one.

**Compared with**

- [Reynforce and the guardrail and observability tools](/compare.html) — They check what an agent says. Reynforce checks what it commits your company to, and keeps the record.

**Reynforce itself**

- [Questions](/faq.html)
- [Pricing](/pricing.html) — £29 a month for a standalone agent, £149 per agent a month connected. Cancel any time, no card to start.
- [Who is building this](/founder.html)
- [Connect Reynforce to your agent platform](/integrations.html) — One endpoint and one bearer token. Six agent platforms, every platform-side step marked untested until somebody has run it.
- [Connect an agent](/docs.html) — One MCP connection, and the agent can read the register and ask permission before it promises anything.
