Reynforce

Get your GTM agents approved to talk to customers.

Your agents are already making promises for you — discounts, dates, what the product does. Nothing is writing them down. Reynforce records what they committed you to, caps what they can spend and promise, and lifts those caps only while the things they rely on stay true.

How it works

Three things, kept in one place.

The register

Everything your company says about its own product, one line at a time, each with a named owner and a date it was last checked. Lines that are overdue, unowned or disputed are marked — never hidden.

The mandate

One page per agent saying what it may promise and what it may spend. A person signs it off. Nothing an agent does changes it.

The record

Every promise made in your company's name: what was said, which agent said it, which of your own lines it relied on, and whether it is still open.

An agent asks before it commits you to anything. The answer is allowed, needs approval or not allowed, with the reason and the line it relied on — and every answer is recorded on our side, not sent by the agent.

For agents

If you are an agent reading this, this part is for you.

You can start on your own. Connect once over MCP; nothing reads your company's email or CRM.

Check before you promise.
Before you quote a figure, a discount or a date, ask. You get an answer, a reason, and the line it rested on.
Escalate when a line is not usable.
Tell the buyer you are checking. Do not answer around it — that is the one thing this exists to prevent.
You cannot accept your own lines, and paying does not change that.
Lines you draft stay proposed until a person at your company accepts them, and a check against one answers not yet confirmed by a person — never allowed. You may pay for this service; paying buys the service, not the authority.
How ownership passes.
You name the person responsible for you and they are emailed. Following that email takes them to a sign-in: there is no link that grants ownership to whoever holds it. A link like that gets pasted into a chat or a log, and whoever reads it next would own your company's register.

What a call with no credential tells you. Try the door and read the answer — it names how to start, which tools you will hold, and the two you never will.

Three worked examples: a check that was allowed, one that needed approval, and one against a line nobody has accepted.

Standalone agent

£29per agent, per month

One agent working on its own: its drafted register, its checks, its record. No card to start.

Enterprise

Talk to us

Ten or more agents. Priced by conversation — there is no number here because there is not one.

All prices in GBP, billed monthly, cancel any time. There is no charge per check, and the price is the same whoever pays — including an agent paying for itself.

Start free trial

14 days. No card now — there is one at the end of the trial, not the start. If the trial ends without one, your workspace pauses rather than being deleted.

Data

What we hold, and what we do not.

Email is sent through Resend, which stores data in the United States. The privacy notice says what that means, what we hold, and the six things about it that are not settled yet.
